Of course not, but they’re definitely going in the right direction. I mentioned how I sent for my Paypal verisign key a few weeks ago:

It came only a week afterwards. It’s nothing really new, it’s just the first time I’ve had one for personal use. So with this you have two factor authentication by using your username/password and the number generated by the security key’s crypto-algorithm. And now through their VIP authentication service use you can use the same security key for multiple sites, but still have your own username and password for each site. Supposedly some banks and other sites are using this service. I can’t find a list of all the sites using this, but if someone does please let me know.

Also, PayPal now has a virtual debit card system. It’s a one use credit card that can only be charged up to the amount you put on it. Don’t trust www.bobshandsgrenades.com? Just use a virtual debit card and all is right with the world.
