		<description>Virtual Machines are the way to go.. Try VirtualBox. Buy one MSDN developer subscription. It includes Windows XP (probably Vista too), and you can install an unlimited number of virtual machines (and keep them after your subscription expires). Generally the same Product Key can only be used 10 times after which you may need to use the phone to activate new Windows XP installs. Most of microsoft's new OS's like vista and windows server have trial periods by default. I have also seen ways of extending the trial periods by up to half a year by simply changing a registry key.</description>
